AUS AUTO CARRIERS PTY LTD is committed to transparent, fair terms for every booking. Your booking is subject to the following terms — a full copy is available on request. Read them below — or call us on 1300 512 512 for any questions.
All sections
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, condition, dimensions, collection and delivery information before booking.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the vehicle should be driveable with working brakes, handbrake, and windows, have at least 150 mm ground clearance, and weigh no more than 3 tonnes.
- The vehicle should have approximately ¼ tank of fuel. Refuelling or recovery costs may apply if the vehicle runs out of fuel.
- Damage, loose parts, non-running condition, or other issues affecting safe transport must be disclosed before collection. We may re-quote, impose additional charges, require alternative arrangements, or decline transport where necessary.
